● Before upgrading, please check that the computer's power supply is stable, it is working stably and can access the Internet normally

● The upgrade process will be relatively long. Please wait patiently. During the upgrade process, please do not disconnect the USB data cable or close the browser to avoid causing abnormal interruptions and unnecessary problems in the upgrade

Firmware Upgrade Steps

1. Connect the sight to your computer via USB and power it on.

2. Select your product model from the list.

3. Click "Select Port" and choose the correct USB port from the dialog.

4. Click "Connect". When connected, the button changes to “Disconnect”.

5. Select appropriate version from "Available Versions" dropdown. Check version notes.

6. Click "Download" to begin the upgrade.

7. If necessary, select the correct USB drive and the corresponding folder in the pop-up window to download the firmware package.

8. The download completes when progress bar reaches 100%.

9. Wait for the sight to finish updating. After it restarts, verify that the version number has been updated.

*For optimal performance, we recommend using a Windows PC and the Google Chrome browser.

*If you fail to select the port or the connection fails, please try to reconnect the USB Cable.

*If the upgrade fails, please disconnect the USB cable, restart the device, and then repeat the steps above to upgrade again.

1. After selecting the software version, click Download to save the firmware package to the internal storage of {{productModelCheckValue==""?"_":productModelCheckValue}}.

2. In the download path pop-up, select the {{productModelCheckValue==""?"_":productModelCheckValue}} USB drive, choose the {{ProductFileName==""?"_":ProductFileName}} folder, and click OK.

3. In subsequent pop-ups, click Yes to confirm.

4. Then the firmware package will begin downloading to the internal storage of {{productModelCheckValue==""?"_":productModelCheckValue}}.

5. When the progress bar reaches 100%, the firmware package download is complete.

6. Then wait for the {{productModelCheckValue==""?"_":productModelCheckValue}} sight to automatically update the firmware. Do not disconnect the USB data cable or operate the sight during this process.

7. When the progress bar on the {{productModelCheckValue==""?"_":productModelCheckValue}} screen reaches 100%, the sight will automatically restart, verify that the version number has been updated.
